Sophie’s Journey
Thirteen years ago Sophie first found her way onto a yoga mat. Immediately, she saw that yoga allowed her to shift from a fast-paced everyday life to a slower, more intentional way of being. Throughout high school, college, and graduate studies, her yoga practice helped keep her afloat during times of stress, depression, illness, heartbreak, and the transitions of life. On the mat, she could find herself balanced and whole.
After completing her graduate studies, Sophie wanted to find a way to bring mind, body, and “Spirit” together to help others on their journey of self discovery. Sophie found her way to Transformational work through The Course. By being able to clear hidden past traumas, look into her blindspots, and truly understand who she is, Sophie emerged with a clear vision of how she could bring together her studies and her own experiences to truly help others.
Sophie gets the opportunity to help others at the Indigo Center every day, where she brings together yoga, meditation, Reiki, and Transformational tools to help people be “at home” in their own bodies, clear past trauma, and get the life they’ve always dreamed of!
